2- Broad Network Access: Cloud services are accessible over the internet from various devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, enabling users to access their data and applications from anywhere with an internet connection.

3- Resource Pooling: Computing resources, such as processing power, storage, and bandwidth, are shared among multiple users or applications. This allows for efficient utilization and optimization of resources, resulting in cost savings.

4- Rapid Elasticity: Cloud resources can be rapidly scaled up or down based on demand. Users can easily increase or decrease their computing resources to accommodate changes in workload or user requirements.

5- Measured Service: Cloud service usage is monitored, controlled, and billed based on specific metrics, such as resource consumption, storage usage, or the number of users. This pay-as-you-go model provides cost transparency and flexibility.
